Therapeutic Optometrist
Dr. Kathryn Smith received her Bachelors of Science from Trinity University in San Antonio and her Doctorate of Optometry from University of Houston. Dr. Smith spent her first few years after graduation working with ophthalmologists at practices in San Antonio and in Dallas providing care pre and post operatively for multiple types of eye surgery including LASIK and Cataract surgery. In addition, she has provided eye care from ages as young as 2 months to over 100 and can cover the full spectrum of primary eye care as well as complicated pathologies.
Dr. Smith and her ever expanding family has decided to settle down in Austin and is excited to join Dr. Sawhney and the team at Envision Eye Center.
